1. Sprinkler
The sprinkler head of a hand shower usually consists of a piston or check valve filter, an air mixer and a water vapor regulator.

1. Filters

The function of the filter is to filter impurities in the water and ensure the safety of use. The piston filter filters the water through a closed filter screen by operating the piston to ensure that the water quality is clean. The check valve filter uses a sealing gasket to prevent water backflow and ensure that the inside of the nozzle is dry.

2. Air mixer

An air mixer creates a spray by mixing air and water, making the water flow softer and the bath more comfortable. The air mixer is designed to draw the air into the water correctly according to the air flow around the outlet, forming fine bubbles and avoiding the "breakage" of the water flow.

3. Water and gas regulator

The water and air regulator is an important component in the hand shower, which is mainly used to adjust the flow rate, pressure and temperature of the water flow to ensure the water flow effect and comfort. A water gas regulator typically consists of a check valve and a pressure regulating valve. The function of the check valve is to prevent the water from flowing backwards, while the pressure regulating valve changes the flow and pressure of the water by operating the adjustment piston.

2. Hose
The hose of the hand shower is responsible for connecting the parts between the sprinkler head and the water pipe. Hoses are usually made of copper, stainless steel or plastic pipes and are generally 1.5-2 meters long. The construction of the hose is simple, but its durability and flexibility are directly related to the longevity and experience of the hand shower.
3. Water pipes
The water pipe is the part of the hand shower that connects to the water source, and its strength and tightness are directly related to the flow rate and service life of the water. The hose of the hand shower is usually made of high-quality lead-free copper, 304 stainless steel, and high-pressure resistant PVC or PE materials. A filter is also often added to the hose to prevent limescale and impurities from entering the shower.

To sum up, the internal structure of the hand shower is composed of sprinklers, hoses, water pipes and other components, which form a spray by mixing water and air to achieve the effect of cleaning and massage. Users need to pay special attention to the quality and service life of hand showers when buying and using them, and avoid the adverse effects of using low-quality products on the body.
